Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
During peak seasons or scheduled fulfillment pauses, processing times may be extended.

Fulfillment Schedule Notice

Luz del Mar Candles is a small, independent studio. At times, we may temporarily pause order fulfillment due to travel or scheduled studio closures.

When fulfillment is delayed, a notice will be posted on our homepage and, when applicable, reinforced during checkout before an order is placed.

All orders placed during these periods will be processed and shipped once fulfillment resumes, and tracking information will be provided at that time.

We appreciate your patience and support for small-batch, independently made products.

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders under $50
  $8 flat-rate shipping via USPS Ground Advantage
  Optional USPS Priority Mail upgrade available for $13

• Orders $50–$74.99
  FREE USPS Ground Advantage
  Optional USPS Priority Mail upgrade available for $5

• Orders $75 and over
  FREE USPS Priority Mail

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier conditions and are not guaranteed.
