Luz del Mar was born from our love for the ocean and a deep desire to create something meaningful together. As a couple, we've always found peace and connection in nature, especially on the shores of Puerto Rico. Long walks along the beach, collecting shells and sand, and soaking in the coastal breeze inspired us to bring that sense of serenity into our candles, turning those tranquil moments into something you can experience in your own home.

Luz del Mar isn't just a business — it's our shared story. I'm a disabled veteran, and my wife Jeniffer is a Colombian who came to Puerto Rico to study and found not only an education, but a love for the island and for me. Together, we built something rooted in where we live and who we are: a small-batch candle brand that carries the spirit of the island in every pour.
