1. What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted in small batches using quality materials. Our soy candles are made with 100% natural soy wax; our Seascape Gel Candles use a premium clear gel wax. Each piece is hand-poured and may include natural elements like shells and sand hand-collected from Puerto Rico's beaches.

2. How do I care for my Luz del Mar candle?

To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the jar's edge. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain optimal quality and safety.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders within USA. For international orders, shipping is available but not free and may be cost-prohibitive depending on your location.

4. Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@luzdelmar.com for further assistance.

5. Are your candles environmentally friendly?

Our soy candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, and we use IFRA-compliant fragrance oils and recyclable packaging throughout our line. Our Seascape Gel Candles use a premium clear gel wax — crafted with the same care and attention but a different material. We're thoughtful about what we use and always looking for ways to reduce our footprint.
